Result: CUH-7216 can maintain the same temperature with lower fan speed (~600rpm lower) and lower noise level (~6db lower) because of more efficient cooling system. Replacing PSU ADP-300CR in CUH-7016 to PSU ADP-300FR from CUH-7216 does not affect PS4 temperature, fan speed & noise.
