1. Import your data into Tableau. 2. Drag and drop the "Category" and "Sub-Category" dimensions into the Rows shelf. 3. Drag and drop the "Region" dimension into the Columns shelf to create separate columns for each region. 4. Drag and drop the "Sales" and "Profit" measures into the Values shelf, once for each region. Tableau will automatically calculate the sum of sales and profit for each category, sub-category, and region. 5. To add the "Grand Total" row and columns, right-click on the "Category" dimension in the Rows shelf and select "Show Quick Table Calculation" "Total". Do the same for the "Region" dimension in the Columns shelf. 6. To calculate the percent of grand total, right-click on the "Sales" measure in the Values shelf and select "Quick Table Calculation" "Percent of Total". Repeat this step for the "Profit" measure. 7. To sort by the sum of sales in descending order, click on the drop-down menu in the "Sales" column header and select "Sort" -"Descending".
