Plaza Athirah has three Hitachi Elevators and four Hitachi Escalators. Only two are modernised by OTIS in around 2010s. Meanwhile, only one are still original and it is already derelicted. One of Hitachi will stop operating in around 2010s and now a two modernised OTIS elevator has been restarted operating. The cab interior, call button, floor controller and the elevator door are also modernised and it is nice though. Only one Hitachi elevator floor analog indicator are still remaining even though it is not working. Only four Hitachi escalators are still in operating in this building. Hitachi escalator in Gadong Properties Centre are already replaced by Shenyang Brilliant BLT as well as elevator but elevator use Shanghai Step Generic which is murdenised from Hitachi but Gadong Properties Centre renovate in 2024. Now all Hitachi elevator in Brunei already no longer operating and they are all gone, except for Plaza Athirah.
