Grading day at Pride Fighting Academy (PFA), Cape Town always hits different. 🔥 The room was packed with energy, emotion and pure pride as teammates pushed through 1 hour of nonstop rolling before earning their new belts. Every promotion carries years of sacrifice, sweat and growth — and you could feel how much it meant to everyone who stepped forward. And of course… getting whipped by the whole gym with a Jiu-Jitsu belt.
