Cellular Automaton forms atoms that move, repel, and bind into molecules

[Source Code, Rule Imports, and Explanation listed below] I've never seen something so similar to molecular physics occur as the emergent property of a totalistic rule. The 'atoms' can bind to each other, repel each other, cause ripples of energy to flow between themselves, slowly drift causing collisions, and the molecules/chains will repel atoms better than lone atoms. They appear to undergo some type of (very chaotic) internal rotation, when observed frame-by-frame.
