Rainbow Cakes always brings great joy to a child's birthday. In my new video How to make Rainbow mini Cakes at Home, you can learn from the very beginning how to make the sweet Rainbow mini Cakes. The recipe I use is a Simple Cake recipe where I also add lemon to give the cakes a lovely fresh taste. I divide the cake dough into 3 parts and color the dough in the the rainbow colors. It looks very inviting when you take a bite of the cake that it has the colors of a rainbow. Between the cakes I put a lovely vanilla buttercream that tastes great with lemon. There are both easy and difficult decorations in this video - you can try out which decorations you want to make on your own Rainbow mini Cakes. For decorations I use buttercream and Modeling Chocolate. And I use my leftover cake for Cake pops.
