오늘은 앙금플라워 떡케이크를 만들었어요. 갑자기 왠 떡? ㅎㅎ 일년전부터 연습을 시작했는데 이것도 재미있어요~ 아직 꽃짜고 공부할 것이 많아서 어디 내놓을 수준은 아니지만 어차피 제게 완벽의 순간은 없을 것 같아서 일단 시작하고 보려고요. 글루틴 프리로 먹어야 하는 가족 때문에 쌀로 만드는 디저트에도 관심을 갖게 되었어요...(불쌍한 것...ㅠㅠ) 아주 가끔은 떡케이크 들고 오겠습니다..^^ 오늘 영상도 누군가에게는 반가운 영상이 되길 바라겠습니다~ 감사합니다! Today, I made an ang-geum flower rice cake (tteok cake). Why rice cake, all of a sudden? Haha. I actually started practicing about a year ago, and it turns out—it's really fun! I still have a lot to learn, especially when it comes to piping flowers, so it's not quite at a level where I can show it off just yet. But honestly, I don't think I'll ever feel it's "perfect"—so I’ve decided to just start anyway. Because a family member needs to eat gluten-free, I naturally became interested in rice-based desserts. (Poor thing... 😢) So once in a while, I’ll probably show up here with a tteok cake. ^^ I hope today’s video brings a bit of joy to someone out there.
